Biography

Lioubov Akoutenkova, known by the pseudonym “Ak.luba”, is a talented artist and architect living in Paris. Born in Saint Petersburg, Russia, she has lived in France for several years, where she passionately pursues her artistic and architectural career.
When she was young, Liubov embraced a strong connection to visual art, which drove her to study at the Saint Petersburg School of Art and Drawing. She pursued her academic studies in architecture at the Saint Petersburg School of Architecture, then at the École d’Architecture de la Villette in Paris.
Ak.Luba reveals her passion for art through watercolour and oil paintings, along with collages and pencil sketches. Her work, influenced by Russian artistic heritage and her life in France, reflects a unique sensibility and artistic imprint.
Determined to cultivate her talent, Lioubov integrated the Ateliers du Carrousel located at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, where she honed her expertise in oil painting.
In 2023, she won the second prize in the “On the Road to Van Gogh” contest, and actively participated in numerous exhibitions and festivals. Her creations, valued for their richness and emotional depth, are featured in prestigious private collections.
